These English language manuals, written from the Japanese specifications of the products, formed the core text for many manufacturers, and were then translated into Japanese, as well as into other European languages for the export market.
In addition to product documentation, j-views has also worked inside major financial houses, documenting business continuity and disaster recovery procedures, as well as various key operations manuals for IT departments and internal audit materials.
j-views has also been called on by national and private universities in Japan to provide courses and lectures on professional communications, written and spoken.
